Mobile service tent for wind turbine blade repair

Winter doesn't scare us – we create our own conditions. Our mobile service tent allows us to perform specialized repairs even at this time of year (winter, wind, rain). Thanks to the controlled environment inside, our technicians can work with laminates and resins while maintaining the highest quality standards – regardless of the freezing temperatures outside.

The tent provides

• Stable temperature: essential for the proper cross-linking (curing) of the laminate.
• Low humidity: moisture is the number one enemy of composite structures; it can lead to delamination.
• Protection from wind and dust: contaminants in the repair structure weaken the blade.
• Operational continuity: enables repairs even in unfavorable weather, reducing turbine downtime and lowering costs.

Technical features

The tent is built using constant-pressure technology made of durable PVC, meaning it is inflated once and does not require a continuous power supply or airflow.

Special Velcro straps and drawstrings on the sleeves allow the material to be securely fastened around the blade, while the transparent PVC roof provides natural daylight within the workspace. Additionally, the tent can be split into two smaller units used independently, giving teams even greater flexibility on-site.
